Clarification on the International Narcotics Control Strategy Report (INCSR) (March 25, 2005) 

"The language in the March 2005 INCSR Report on Money Laundering (Internet version available at www.state.gov) has been corrected to delete reference to the possible use of treasury bill purchases through the Central Bank window as a means of money laundering.

This change reflects our current understanding of the activities of the Central Bank in this regard."
