LPRs who have lost their "Green cards"

If you have lost your green card, you may apply for a transportation letter with our office at the U.S. Embassy in Tirana. Click here to schedule your online appointment. 

At your appointment, please bring your Albanian passport, 3 (three) pictures 2x2" (5x5cm), the local police report you filed for the loss of your resident card, airfare receipts/luggage claim slips (if any) of your travel to Albania, as well as your travel itinerary to the United States. There is a fee of $165.00 or the equivalent in Leke for this service, payable by cash only.
