How to Immigrate to the U.S.

• In order to immigrate to the United States, you must have an immediate relative who can file an immigrant petition for you. This relative must be a parent, spouse, child or sibling and must be an U.S. Citizen or a Lawful Permanent Resident of the United States of America not younger than 21 years old.

• Immigration to the U.S. is also possible through employment.

• Another way to immigrate in the United States is to apply for the Diversity Visa (Lottery) program that is organized every year by the U.S. Government.
