Educational Opportunities

Academic Exchange Programs

The Public Affairs Section administers the Embassy academic exchange programs, including the Fulbright Programs and the Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship. Other academic exchange programs include the Junior Faculty Development Program and American Councils Programs.

The Public Affairs Section also manages the International Visitors Leadership Program  (IVLP), a non-academic program to build greater understanding of the United States among current and future leaders and policy makers in Albania.

The American Embassy no longer administers standardized tests required for admission to U.S. universities.  Below is contact information for the new Test
