Departure Verification After Removal from the United States

In cases of removal from the United States and if the U.S. immigration officer has provided you with a G-146 to be signed at the U.S. Embassy in Tirana to confirm your departure from the United States, you must schedule an online appointment. Please click here to schedule your appointment.  (NOTE: if you do not have a G-146 form, you should not schedule an appointment. Send an e-mail at tiranausconsulate@state.gov and explain your situation.)

You should be prepared to bring the following documents and information for this process:

1. Form G-146: Voluntary Departure Order;
2. You passport including entry/exit stamped page;
3. Your airline issued boarding pass or flight ticket when you left U.S.;
4. Form I-94: Arrival/Departure Record, if available.
   
   Please present every possible evidence at the time of the appointment.
   

It is important to note that Form G-146 issued by the respective DHS deportation and removal officer is the only mechanism by means of which a consular officer may confirm an alien's departure from the United States in lieu of removal proceedings.
