Passports
Correcting or Changing Information in Your U.S. Passport
Add Extra Pages to Your U.S. Passport
This procedure should be done by appointment only, unless your departure is imminent.
Visa pages may be added to current, full-validity passports (10 years for adults and 5 years for children) that are in good condition. There is no fee for this service.
We generally can only add up to two sets of visa page inserts to a passport because the added thickness may damage the binding of the book during its validity. Applicants who have already had two sets of visa pages added should apply to renew their passport.
If you meet the above requirements, please submit the following at the time of your appointment:
Current valid passport;
Completed, signed and dated Form
DS-4085. Please print legibly using black ink, and make sure that all of the entered information is complete and correct. Illegible applications may delay application processing times.
Imminent Departure
If there are no spaces available in our appointment calendar and you are in need to travel soon, please e-mail us at acstirana@state.gov explaining your situation. Please include your contact information.
